Your Favorite Recipes, Now Even Better
You asked, I delivered: updates that make cooking easier

Hi foodie,
By now, you probably know I’ve been on a mission to give some of my older recipes a well-deserved makeover. I’ve mentioned it in a few past newsletters (see here, here, and here)- and your replies have seriously made my day. 💛
Many of you told me how much you appreciate the new photos, clearer structure, added pro tips, and troubleshooting sections. It means a lot because, honestly, it takes a ton of time, effort, and yes, money to do this right. But it's worth it when I hear it’s making your cooking and baking easier and more fun.
This past week, I focused on five reader favorites that deserved some extra love. If you haven’t made them yet, or if it’s been a while, now’s the perfect time to give them a try:
Pistachio Cheesecake

Creamy, rich, and full of real pistachio flavor. This updated version includes a simplified method, better texture, and a full guide on how to use pistachio paste (with a link to my homemade version, of course!).
Chocolate Chip Muffins

Your go-to muffin just got fluffier and more bakery-style! I added notes on using buttermilk for extra moisture, and a few new tips to get that perfect dome top.
Blueberry Cheesecake

Now even creamier and more foolproof! This recipe now includes a full troubleshooting section (because yes, cracks happen), and a super easy blueberry sauce you’ll want to pour on everything.
Tiramisu Cupcakes

If my classic tiramisu and a fluffy vanilla cupcake had a baby, this would be it. I fine-tuned the soaking step and frosting technique, plus added new photos to show exactly what to expect.
Eggplant Bolognese Pasta

The ultimate cozy dinner! The new version includes improved texture tips, clearer instructions, and better timing to help you get that rich, slow-cooked flavor in less time.
