These Recipes Just Got an Upgrade

New tweaks, better results—see what’s changed

Hi foodie,

Sometimes a recipe just needs a little refresh. Whether it's improving texture, simplifying the steps, or adding better flavor, I’ve been busy in the kitchen testing and updating some of my favorite recipes. These are dishes that have been loved by thousands of you—but I knew they could be even better.

So today I’m sharing 6 updated recipes that I think you’re going to love (again). Let me know if you try the new versions!

Gozleme

The dough is softer and more elastic, making it easier to roll and fold. I also updated the filling ideas for better flavor and verity—your gozleme will be crisp outside, melty inside, and easier to shape.

Spinach Oatmeal Crepes

Now with better batter consistency! I’ve adjusted the oat-to-liquid ratio so the crepes come out thinner, more flexible, and less prone to cracking. I also added a new tip for getting that perfect green color without overcooking the spinach.

Torta Caprese (Flourless Chocolate Almond Cake)

The original was delicious, but the new version is richer and more balanced. I fine-tuned the baking time and chocolate-to-almond ratio for a fudgier texture and deeper flavor—this one’s a showstopper for any occasion.

Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies

These gluten-free cookies are now truly melt-in-your-mouth. I adjusted the fat and sugar to get a softer center while keeping the edges slightly crisp. They’re also easier to shape and bake evenly now.

Apple Oatmeal Cake

You loved the original (2.5M+ views!), but I wanted to take it further. The updated version has better moisture balance, a stronger apple flavor, and optional tweaks for oats and flour types. Plus, a new video tutorial!

Tiramisu Ice Cream

The new recipe is creamier and more true to the classic dessert. I added a stronger espresso layer, improved the swirl method for that mascarpone-mocha contrast, and included tips for both churned and no-churn versions.
