This Cheesecake Tastes Like Summer

Lately, I’ve been on a mission to update some of my older recipes with new photos, better instructions, extra tips, and sometimes even brand-new videos, and today’s recipe is another big one 😊

Last week, I updated my famous No-Bake Nutella Cheesecake, and today I’m bringing back another old favorite: my No-Bake Mango Cheesecake.

When I first shared this recipe back in 2018, the video quickly gained over 2.5 million views — which felt absolutely crazy at the time 😅 And honestly? After making it again this week, I totally understand why so many people loved it.

This is also one of our family’s favorite cheesecakes. And while it may sound similar to my baked mango cheesecake (which I also love), this version has a completely different texture and flavor profile. It’s lighter, more mousse-like, and incredibly refreshing for summer.

No-Bake Mango Cheesecake

This easy no-bake mango cheesecake is creamy, silky, fruity, and topped with fresh mangoes. Made with a buttery biscuit crust and smooth mango cheesecake filling, it’s the perfect make-ahead summer dessert, and the best part? No oven needed.
