I originally shared this recipe back in 2019, and over the years the video has reached more than 7.9 million views on YouTube (!!). Since so many of you still make and love this cheesecake, I decided it deserved a full update with brand-new photos, improved instructions, extra tips, and a few little tweaks to make the recipe even better and easier to follow.

And honestly? It’s still one of the easiest desserts you can make.
