f you’ve been here for a while, you probably already know, I take my recipes (and your feedback) very seriously. Whether it’s fixing instructions, adjusting flavors, or retesting methods, I’m constantly updating older recipes to make sure they’re the best they can be.

Just yesterday I updated my guacamole recipe—an all-time favorite on the blog. And today, I’m back with a new and improved version of another classic: my Cherry Tomato Pasta 🍝🍅

This one is especially close to my heart. It’s a simple dish, just cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, and pasta, but when done right, it bursts (literally) with flavor. I made a few tweaks to improve the texture and balance the sauce just right. It’s even easier to make now and somehow more delicious than ever.
