Banana Cottage Cheese Pancakes

These pancakes are soft, fluffy, and naturally sweetened with ripe bananas, no refined sugar needed. Made with oats and cottage cheese, they’re high in protein (about 4g per pancake) and come together in minutes in a blender. It’s one of those easy, feel-good breakfasts that actually keeps you full, and doesn’t taste “healthy.”
