I'm still on my mission to update older recipes and make them even better for you! Just a few days ago, I shared some updated classics, and I was blown away by how much you loved them. 🙏
And I definitely noticed how much you love lentils — after I refreshed my lentil curry recipe yesterday, I got so many sweet messages and comments from you.
So today, I’ve updated another favorite — one that many of you especially loved on my Facebook page. I gave it a little makeover: added baking and air fryer instructions (yay!), plus new tips and tricks to help you get perfect patties every time.

These easy, healthy lentil patties (aka lentil fritters) are made with red lentils, carrots, and spices, then served with creamy tahini sauce. They’re naturally vegetarian, high in protein, and now come with three cooking options: oven-baked, air-fried, or pan-fried. Ready in under 30 minutes and perfect for meal prep!
