June’s Top Recipes Are In (+ Big Life Updates!)
What you cooked, baked, and shared the most this month

Hi foodie,
What. A. Month. ☀️
Between launching my ice cream course (finally live!! 🎉), testing new recipes like crazy, and surviving some intense days here in Israel due to the war with Iran (which completely paused everything for a couple of weeks) — June has been a wild mix of emotions.
But even with all the chaos, something beautiful happened: you kept cooking.
And honestly, seeing that makes everything worth it.
This month felt like a true kickoff to summer — and the recipe rankings prove it. Fruity, cold, colorful desserts were dominating the charts. Some surprising new recipes jumped to the top, while others dropped down the list (bye cottage cheese supremacy... for now 😅).
So let’s take a look at what you all loved most this month, and maybe discover something new to try this weekend...
But before we dive into the Top 10 most popular recipes of June, let’s take a quick look at everything new I shared this month — just in case you missed a post or two. You can always catch up here:
And of course, the thing I’m most excited about: last week I launched my course, the project I’ve been working on for the past year—Artisanal Ice Cream: Create Flavors and Textures at Home.
You can watch the trailer for the course and decide whether you want to join me on this ice cream-making journey.
P.S. This course is available in 8 languages! Inside, I teach how to make ice cream in three ways (classic, no-churn, and instant), plus how to make Italian gelato and sorbet. So… join me! 🍦
Now, let’s now to the recipes you loved the most this month:
10. Chicken Patties

These easy, juicy chicken patties made their way straight into the top 10 — and it’s no surprise. They’re protein-packed, meal-prep friendly, and perfect for summer dinners with a big salad or stuffed into a sandwich.
9. Strawberry Ice Cream

Fresh, fruity, and no ice cream machine needed! This creamy strawberry ice cream was made for summer days, and it’s become one of my personal go-to treats lately too.
8. Cottage Cheese Chocolate Chip Cookies

Cottage cheese + cookies = magic. These cookies are soft, chewy, and secretly packed with protein. They’re still holding strong this month.
7. Blueberry Ice Cream (new in the list!)

A brand new hit! This 3-ingredient blueberry ice cream is crazy easy and naturally beautiful. You all went wild for it — especially after I posted the video.

A viral treat that’s still going strong! These nostalgic cookies are fun to make and even more fun to eat.
5. Mango Cheesecake (New star!)

This tropical cheesecake exploded in popularity after I posted it — and for good reason. It’s creamy, dreamy, and exactly what you want in a summer dessert. Welcome to the top, mango!
4. Cottage Cheese Fudge

Last month’s #1 has finally slipped! Still holding strong, but you’re clearly craving more fruity, summery desserts lately.
3. Pistachio Cheesecake

The queen of elegance. If you love pistachios, this creamy cheesecake is pure indulgence. You’ve been loving it for months — and it’s not going anywhere.
2. Oatmeal Brownies

Chewy, rich, and secretly a little healthier — these oatmeal brownies became an instant favorite. If you haven’t tried them yet, make this your next bake.
1. Healthy Chocolate Cake (new in the list!)

A new face in the top 10 — Moist, rich, and shockingly healthy. This cake got over 20,000 views this month! Perfect for anyone who loves chocolate and balance.
