The Secret Blend That Makes My Curries Shine
Transform everyday meals with one simple spice blend.

Hi foodie,
I don’t know if you noticed, but lately I’ve been in a big DIY mood. I love taking things we usually buy at the store and making them at home, because why spend extra money when you can make it fresher, cheaper, and often even better? From spice blends like garam masala and pumpkin pie spice to homemade tomato sauce, pistachio paste, peanut butter, and so much more, it’s so satisfying to create these staples in my own kitchen.
And today, I’m excited to share another favorite: my go-to homemade curry powder. This is the blend I use almost daily, and once you try it, you may never go back to store-bought.
Homemade Curry Powder

My homemade curry powder is a warm, fragrant, and perfectly balanced blend of spices. It’s incredibly easy to make, keeps well in a jar, and instantly adds depth and flavor to your cooking. I’ve fine-tuned this mix to be versatile enough for everyday dishes, while still bold enough to make your meals unforgettable.
What to Do With Curry Powder
One of the best things about curry powder is how versatile it is. You can sprinkle it into everyday meals for a quick flavor boost or use it as the foundation for hearty curries. Here are a few delicious ways to use it:
Add to soups, stews, or lentil dishes for warmth and spice.
Mix into roasted vegetables like cauliflower, carrots, or sweet potatoes.
Use in marinades for chicken, fish, or tofu.
Stir into rice, bulgur, or quinoa for instant flavor.
Create simple curry sauces with coconut milk or yogurt.
