The smell in the kitchen, the caramelized glaze bubbling on top, the juicy slices, it all reminded me why this classic deserves a comeback!
I wanted to create a meatloaf that’s tender, flavorful, and anything but dry (you know what I mean 😅). After a few tests, and a few family taste panels, I finally nailed it. This version is baked free-form on a tray (no loaf pan!) so the edges get a delicious crust, and the inside stays super juicy.
Classic Meatloaf Recipe (Easy and Juicy)
