Something Big Is Starting Today...

After Months of Work... It's Finally Here

Hi foodie,

Today is a really exciting day for me.

For the past few months, I've been working on a brand-new project that's very different from anything I've shared before, and today I'm finally releasing the very first episode on my YouTube channel.

The series is called David Cooks the World, and it's something I've dreamed about creating for a long time.

The idea is simple: instead of just sharing recipes, I'll travel to different countries, experience the local food culture, learn authentic dishes from the people who make them every day, and then come back home to recreate those recipes so anyone can make them.

And what better place to start than Greece?

For the first episode, I flew to Greece, wandered through local markets, tasted incredible food, joined traditional cooking classes, and learned how to make authentic Greek reciped from Greek chefs and home cooks. Along the way, I picked up all the little techniques and traditions that most recipes never mention.

This is just the beginning. Over the coming months, I'll be traveling to more countries, discovering more amazing dishes, and bringing everything I learn back home to share with you.

Episode 1: Greece

The very first recipe had to be one of Greece's most iconic dishes: Authentic Greek Salad (Horiatiki).

If you've only had restaurant versions before, I think you'll be surprised by how authentic Greek salad is really made.

Importnat note

This series is something completely new for me.

I'm much more comfortable teaching recipes than talking to a camera, especially not in my native language. 😊 So I'm learning as I go, and I'm sure each episode will get a little better than the last.

If you have ideas for future countries, dishes, or even suggestions for how I can make the series more interesting, I'd genuinely love to hear them.

And if you enjoy the first episode, the biggest favor you can do for me is to watch it until the end, leave a comment on the YouTube video (any comment means a lot!), and give it a like if you enjoyed it.

Those small actions really help the YouTube algorithm introduce the series to more people and give this new project the best possible start.

Just one small request—please leave your comment on the YouTube video itself rather than replying to this email. 😊
