Pistachio Cupcakes

Naturally pale-green, wonderfully moist, and topped with the most decadent pistachio cream cheese frosting, these cupcakes are simple to make yet feel classy and special. They’re perfect for holidays, afternoon coffee… and especially great if you’re looking for a beautiful dessert for New Year’s Eve.
Homemade Pistachio Paste

One of the most frequently asked questions I get is about pistachio paste (also known as pistachio butter). I know it can be confusing, what it is, how to use it, and whether you really need to buy it.
So I recently updated my Homemade Pistachio Paste recipe with clearer instructions, extra tips, and a new FAQ section , so you can easily make it at home if you prefer.
