Today I’m excited to share something new. Over the past few weeks I’ve been working on a new version of this classic dessert, testing different variations until I finally landed on this beauty.

These carrot cake cupcakes have everything we love about carrot cake: warm spices, a soft and moist crumb, and that irresistible cream cheese frosting, but in perfectly portable cupcake form.

These carrot cake cupcakes are incredibly soft, moist, and perfectly spiced, topped with a smooth and creamy cream cheese frosting. They’re easier and quicker to make than a full cake, making them perfect for spring baking, Easter gatherings, or whenever you’re craving a classic carrot cake dessert.
