Old Favorites, New Flavor: 2 Recipes I Just Updated!
The best comfort combo: crispy patties & creamy Italian cake.

Hi foodie,
As you might noe, lately, I’ve been spending a lot of time not only creating new recipes but also going back to some of my older ones — giving them the love, clarity, and updates they deserve. Good recipes never get old; they just get better with time!
This week, I’ve refreshed two classic favorites: my Cabbage Patties and Torta della Nonna (Italian Grandma’s Cake). Let’s take a quick look 👇
Cabbage Patties

Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, these Cabbage Patties are one of the coziest, most satisfying veggie dishes you can make. Made with simple ingredients like cabbage, onion, eggs, and semolina, they’re affordable, nourishing, and packed with flavor.
Perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep, and yes — they go amazingly well with a dollop of sour cream!
Torta della Nonna (Grandmother’s Cake)

A true Italian classic — Torta della Nonna combines buttery shortcrust pastry, creamy lemon-scented custard, and toasted pine nuts on top. It’s elegant yet simple, with a nostalgic homemade flavor that makes you feel like you’re in Tuscany.
If you love comforting desserts, this one’s a must-bake!
If you try one of my recipes, I’d love to hear from you, and see your photos! 📸
Not only does it make my day, but every comment and photo you leave helps my recipes rank higher on Google, which means you’re helping my blog grow and succeed.
So… bake, snap, and share away! ❤️
