New Recipe + Big News: I’ve Been Working on This for a Year!

I’m so excited to share this week’s newsletter because it’s not just about a new recipe (though there is a delicious blueberry ice cream waiting for you)...
It’s also about something I’ve been working on behind the scenes for almost a year. And let me tell you, this has been one of the most intense (and rewarding) projects I’ve ever taken on.
Over the past months, I’ve been recipe testing at 11 p.m., re-shooting videos because the lighting wasn’t just right, diving deep into the science of overrun and emulsifiers (if you know, you know 😅), and yes, eating a lot of ice cream in the name of research.
