New on the Blog: DIY Recipes & Homemade Basics

A new category dedicated to homemade essentials you’ll actually use

Hi foodie,

You probably noticed that lately I’ve been sharing more and more recipes that teach you how to make things we usually just grab at the store, like sauces, condiments, or spice mixes. But instead of buying them, you can make them at home! Not only is it often cheaper, but it’s fresher, fun, and honestly… so satisfying. The feedback I received has been amazing, you guys really loved these recipes!

That’s why I decided to take it one step further and create a whole new category on my blog: DIY Recipes & Homemade Basics. This is your new go-to spot for kitchen essentials made from scratch, like homemade tomato sauce, pickled ginger, and even your own spice blends.

NEW: DIY Recipes & Homemade Basics

This new category is all about empowering you to bring back the basics into your own kitchen. Instead of store-bought, you’ll find simple recipes that you can whip up at home, healthier, fresher, and tailored exactly to your taste.

UPDATED: Garlic Confit

One of my most popular “homemade basics” is garlic confit, a true kitchen gem! I just updated this recipe with brand-new photos, helpful tips, storage advice, and fun variations so you can enjoy it in different ways. It’s buttery, flavorful, and seriously transforms every dish you add it to.

What else can you find there?

In this new category, you’ll discover recipes that help you stock your pantry with essentials made from scratch: homemade sauces, preserved vegetables, spice mixes, nut butters, and more. Everything you need to level up your cooking, right from your own kitchen.
