This is my go-to cream cheese frosting: smooth, fluffy, and perfectly balanced between sweet and tangy. It spreads beautifully on cakes and cupcakes, and with a quick chill, it pipes nicely too.

Made with just a handful of simple ingredients, this frosting is incredibly versatile and pairs perfectly with everything from carrot cake and red velvet to cinnamon rolls and vanilla cake.
