Healthy Cookies That Actually Taste Amazing – Yes, It’s Possible!

If you’ve been following me for a while, you probably already know that I love experimenting in my kitchen—transforming regular recipes, even desserts, into healthier versions.
Just last week, I published a healthier version of chocolate lava cake, which is currently going viral on my social media.
But this week, I want to focus on cookies—not just making them healthier (which is pretty easy), but also incorporating unusual ingredients and boosting their protein content.
And that’s how I came up with the idea of making healthy, high-protein cottage cheese cookies!

At first, it might sound strange—why would you add cottage cheese to cookies, right? But trust me, these cookies are so delicious you won’t even notice the cottage cheese in them! They are gluten-free, high in protein, and really easy to make.
And the best part? They’re incredibly versatile! You can use oat flour, spelt flour, or ground almonds as the base, and they also freeze well!
Underrated Recipes
In today’s newsletter, I also want to talk to you about an issue that’s been bothering me. My blog has around 900 recipes, but here’s the funny thing—about 80 to 100 of them are extremely popular and have been tested by thousands of people. Another 100 recipes fall into the average range of popularity. But the majority—around 600 to 700—go under the radar, and that’s a shame.
There are so many amazing recipes on my blog that don’t get the recognition they deserve, and today, I want to put the spotlight on them.
