So today, I’m sharing another healthy treat… and this one might be the easiest dessert I’ve ever made. These brownies are made with just three ingredients, take only minutes to prepare, and are perfect when you want something sweet without going overboard.
They’re not classic bakery-style brownies, but they are fudgy, chocolatey, and incredibly satisfying when you’re trying to keep things lighter while still enjoying dessert.
Healthy 3-Ingredient Brownies
These healthy brownies are naturally gluten-free, vegan, and made without refined sugar, butter, or flour. The texture is soft and fudgy, and the flavor is rich and chocolatey, thanks to ripe bananas and nut butter doing all the heavy lifting. Perfect as a quick snack or a guilt-free dessert when the sweet cravings hit.
