Easy No-Bake Blueberry Cheesecake

I know that for most of you it’s not blueberry season yet… but I just couldn’t wait with this one.

I originally published this No-Bake Blueberry Cheesecake back in 2018 on my YouTube channel, and since then it’s become one of my biggest hits, with over 2.3 million views and thousands of recreations from you guys.

But after all these years (and after making dozens of cheesecakes since then), I felt it deserved a proper upgrade.

So I went back to the recipe, refined the texture, improved the structure so it sets even better, filmed a brand-new video, and shot fresh photos. Same beautiful blueberry flavor , just smoother, creamier, and more foolproof than ever.

And honestly? I forgot how good this one is.

No-Bake Blueberry Cheesecake

This cheesecake is light, creamy, and perfectly set, with a buttery biscuit crust and a glossy homemade blueberry topping. No oven. No water bath. Just a simple, make-ahead dessert that slices beautifully every time.
