A healthier way to enjoy nut butter

Hi foodie, Happy New Year! 🎉
I hope you had a wonderful holiday season and enjoyed good food, family time, and a little rest.
As we step into the new year, I’ll be sharing more healthy-leaning recipes (but not only!) simple, nourishing dishes you can easily make at home. And to kick things off, I want to start with a true kitchen staple that many of us use all the time:
Homemade nut butters: from peanut to almond, hazelnut, pistachio, and more.
They’re easier to make than you think, often healthier than store-bought, and in many cases, cheaper too. Later in this email, I’ll also share a few delicious ideas and recipes for how to use nut butter in breakfasts, snacks, desserts, and meal-prep dishes.
Homemade Peanut Butter

Creamy, drippy, and naturally rich — perfect for toast, smoothies, cookies, or savory sauces. No additives, no preservatives, just pure peanut flavor.
Homemade Almond Butter

Deeply roasted, slightly toasty, and wonderfully smooth. A great alternative to peanut butter and amazing in oatmeal, energy balls, and healthy desserts.
Homemade Hazelnut Butter

Naturally sweet with a warm, nutty aroma — great on toast, in baking, or as a base for homemade chocolate-hazelnut spreads.
Homemade Pistachio Butter

Unique, luxurious, and full of pistachio flavor. Perfect for desserts, frosting, spreading on toast — or just eating with a spoon (no judgment!).
How to Use Nut Butter — Ideas & Recipe Inspiration
Nut butter is one of those ingredients that works in so many different recipes — from breakfast to desserts, snacks, and even savory dishes. Here are a few delicious ways to use it, along with recipe ideas from my blog:
