Celebrating 8 Years with You – A Special Thank You & Gift 🎉
8 Years. 1,000 Recipes. A Billion Views. All Thanks to You.

Hi foodie,
Exactly 8 years ago, on April 1st, 2017, I hit “publish” on my very first YouTube video. It was raw, imperfect, and honestly... a little awkward. But it was also the beginning of something that changed my life forever.
Back then, I never imagined that sharing my passion for food could grow into something this big. I was just a self-taught cook who loved creating delicious dishes and wanted to share that joy with the world.
It wasn’t easy at first. Learning how to film, edit, and speak confidently on camera (especially in a language that’s not my native one) was a real challenge. But I kept going—because I loved it. And slowly, people started watching. Then commenting. Then trying my recipes. And eventually, everything changed.

Where We Are Now…
Fast forward 8 years later, and I can hardly believe how far we’ve come together:
✨ Almost 1000 recipes created
📺 Over 1 billion views across all platforms
👨🍳 Millions of subscribers and followers from around the world
Some days, it still feels surreal. But when you love what you do, time flies—and every moment is worth it.
Watching Growth Happen… (Even the Cringe Moments!)
Sometimes I go back and watch my early videos… and let’s just say, they make me laugh. The lighting, the editing, the way I talked—it was all very amateur. But honestly, I’m proud of those videos. They remind me of how far I’ve come and how much I’ve grown, both as a creator and as a person.
Thank You for Being Part of This Journey
None of this would have been possible without you. Your support, your kind comments, your trust in my recipes—that’s what keeps me going, especially during the hard days.
Yes, I do read every single comment—even if I get thousands each month. It’s what fuels me. It reminds me that behind every view or like is a real person, cooking my recipes in their own home. That connection means the world to me.
To Celebrate – A Gift for You 🎁
To mark this milestone, I want to give something back. Since we’re celebrating 8 years, I’m offering a 80% discount on my eBook, Joyful Kitchen. 🎉
This is a rare offer, and I hope it helps bring even more cooking inspiration into your kitchen. Just use the code 8YEARS at checkout.
My Top 5 Most Loved Recipes (And the Stories Behind Them)
Here are 5 recipes that hold a special place in my heart—and in many of yours too. Whether because of their impact, popularity, or personal significance, these dishes truly shaped my journey:
1. Tiramisu

My personal top 3 dessert of all time—and apparently, yours too! This recipe holds the #1 spot in YouTube search and has over 7.5 million views, 85K likes, and 1,500 comments. It's rich, classic, and a perfect introduction to Italian desserts. I'm always amazed by how many of you made this your go-to tiramisu recipe.
2. Red Velvet Cake

Before I ever filmed a recipe, I was baking red velvet cake for family birthdays. When I shared it on my channel, it exploded in popularity—and now it’s become a family tradition for many of you too. This video has over 10.3 million views, 141K likes, and 3,200 comments. It’s bold, beautiful, and unbelievably moist.
3. Shepherd’s Pie

A cozy classic—and a fan favorite! So many of you make it regularly, and it warms my heart. My version is now the #1 ranking video on YouTube for this dish, with nearly 10 million views, 113K likes, and 2.9K comments. It’s the kind of recipe that makes your whole house smell like home.
4. Chicken Curry

Our family loves curry, and this particular chicken curry has been tested and loved by tens of thousands of you. It has 6.1 million views, 87K likes, and 2.7K comments. Spicy, rich, and so comforting—this recipe connects generations, cultures, and kitchens across the globe.
5. Dubai Chocolate Bar

This one is different. With just 225K views, it’s not a viral hit—but it means so much to me. It’s the first recipe where I showed my face on camera. For years, I stayed behind the scenes because of two fears:
English is not my native language, and long videos were intimidating.
I had a deep fear of being on camera.
But this video was a turning point. I faced my fears and took the leap. I’m so proud of that moment—and the new format I’m now exploring.
❤️ Thank You From the Bottom of My Heart

I truly can’t express how much it means to me that you're here. Thank you for trying my recipes, for your lovely comments, and for supporting me through every video, success, and challenge. Yes, I read every single comment—even when there are thousands. You keep me going.
And I’d love to see even more of what you create! There’s now a new feature on my website—you can upload photos of your dishes directly in the comments section of each recipe. So don’t be shy—share your creations with me. I absolutely love seeing them!
