Just a couple of days ago, I shared my famous carrot cake recipe, and you guys absolutely loved it. So today I’m taking things one step further.

I’m sharing something even better: a combination of two incredible desserts, carrot cake and classic cheesecake.

It’s rich, creamy, perfectly spiced, and honestly one of the best desserts I’ve made recently. It’s also one of my wife’s favorite desserts… and once you try it, you’ll understand why.
