9 Years, 500M+ Views... And It’s All Thanks to You

Hi foodie,
Today marks something really special for me. 9 years ago, I started my YouTube channel, and a few days later uploaded my very first video to YouTube. It was… let’s just say, very amateur 😅 No fancy lighting, no experience, no idea what I was doing. Just a love for food… and a camera.
Since that day, I kept going. Video after video, recipe after recipe, slowly improving, learning, failing, trying again… and growing.
Somewhere along the way, that turned into over 1,100 recipes on my YouTube channel and more than 700 recipes on my blog… which is honestly crazy for me to even say.
But if I’m being honest, what truly kept me going, especially during the hardest times, was you. Your comments. Your messages. Your photos.
Every time someone writes, “I made this for my family and they loved it” or “I made your recipe for my birthday” or “This turned out perfect!” It genuinely fuels me. You have no idea how much that means.

And what started as one simple video turned into:
• Over 500 million views on YouTube
• Over 1 BILLION views on Facebook
• Millions of visits to the blog (honestly… I stopped counting 😅)
And behind every single number, there’s you. So today, I just want to say: thank you. Truly.
🎁 A Small Birthday Gift (50% OFF My eBook)
To celebrate this journey, I wanted to give something back. For a limited time, my eBook is 50% OFF.
This eBook means a lot to me, not just because of the recipes inside, but because it supports my biggest dream: To one day publish a real, physical cookbook. Something you can hold in your hands, cook from, and pass on.
If you’ve ever enjoyed one of my recipes, this is a beautiful way to support that dream ❤️

Stepping in Front of the Camera
For years, I stayed behind the camera. It felt safe there. But recently, I decided to take a step that honestly scared me more than anything else in this journey, I started showing up in front of the camera. It wasn’t easy. In fact, it was one of the hardest things I’ve done. But I’m proud of it.
Here are a couple of videos that really mean a lot to me:
Homemade Pita Bread
This one is very close to my heart. It’s simple, comforting, and something I grew up with. Sharing it felt like sharing a piece of home.
Homemade Hummus
A classic, but also personal. I show both the traditional way and the easy version, because I truly believe great food should be accessible to everyone.
Why I Quit Posting VideoS on Youtube
And there’s one more video… A very personal one, where I open up about my struggles.
That one was hard to share, but important.
❤️ Recipes That Changed My Life
There are some recipes that became more than just recipes. They connected us. They went viral. They brought millions of people into this community—and honestly, they changed my life. These are a few I’ll always be proud of:
Each one has millions of views… but more importantly, they have millions of memories.
This turned into a longer email than I planned…
But if you’ve read this far, it truly means a lot to me.
Thank you for being here.
Thank you for cooking with me.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
I wouldn’t be here without you.

And thank you for being part of something I never imagined would grow like this.
