🎄 3 Christmas Recipes You’ll Want on Your Holiday Table

2 Christmas Side Dishes + 1 Festive Drink You Must Try

Hi foodie,

Christmas is almost here, and I can really feel the vibes already 🎄✨
The cozy music, the twinkling lights, the constant “what are we making this year?” conversations… this is my favorite time to be in the kitchen.

Right now I’m deep into final recipe testing mode, planning menus, retesting classics, and making sure everything works perfectly for real holiday cooking — the kind where the oven is already full and timing actually matters 😅
And speaking of classics, I’ve just updated three older recipes that have been very successful on my YouTube channel over the years.

Today I’m sharing two must-make Christmas side dishes and one festive drink that absolutely deserve a spot on your holiday table.

Hasselback Potatoes

Crispy on the outside, soft and buttery on the inside, these potatoes are always a showstopper. They look fancy, but they’re surprisingly simple, and the garlic-butter-herb combo makes them completely irresistible. Perfect next to roast chicken, beef, or honestly… just on their own.

Garlic Parmesan Dinner Rolls

Soft, fluffy, and brushed with garlicky butter straight out of the oven. These rolls disappear fast every single time. They’re perfect for soaking up gravy, sauces, or just tearing apart while they’re still warm (highly recommended).

Homemade Eggnog

Rich, creamy, lightly spiced, and full of holiday flavor. This classic Christmas drink is delicious both with or without alcohol, making it perfect for everyone around the table. Serve it chilled, sprinkle a little nutmeg on top, and you’ve got instant Christmas in a glass.
