From My Kitchen to Your Table: Thanksgiving Sides I Love

Hi foodie,
Thanksgiving is all about tradition; turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, mac and cheese… all the classics we all know. And don’t get me wrong, I love the classics! But this year, instead of giving you the same recipes everyone is posting, I wanted to share something a little different.
Thanksgiving is the perfect excuse to bring new flavors to the table, and the Middle Eastern–Mediterranean kitchen has so many cozy, vibrant, and delicious dishes that work beautifully alongside your classic Thanksgiving spread.
So today, I’m sharing 10 Thanksgiving side dishes with a twist, all from my blog, all easy, all flavorful, and all guaranteed to surprise your guests (in the best way).
1. Beetroot & Chickpea Salad

2. Grilled Halloumi Salad

3. Cabbage Pattties

4. Cabbage Lentil Soup

5. Spinach and Cheese Gozleme

6. Chicken Patties

7. Baba Ganoush

8. Lentil Patties (Lentil Fritters)

9. Authentic Greek Tzatziki Sauce

10. Falafel
